GQ's Most Stylish Man Showdown: Vote Now for 2016's Best-Dressed Guy

Our Most Stylish Man Showdown is that time of year when we pit 64 streetwear masters and suited men, world leaders and world champions, traditionalists and ultimate swerve-rs against each other in a head-to-head heat to see who will rise above the rest and be crowned 2016's Most Stylish Man. There's only one way that's going to happen: your votes. Every day at Noon, a new round of voting will begin (be sure to check back daily to control the fate of your style god).

Edgar Ramirez vs. Ryan Reynolds

Two of Hollywood’s most in-demand leading men face off in a matchup that pits a guy who looks great in suits against a guy who looks great in suits. Ramirez has made great use of his arsenal of next-level tailoring throughout 2016, sporting sharp DB’s and unstructured jackets everywhere he went. When Reynolds wasn’t rocking that Deadpool costume, he was turning our heads in sleek topcoats, an enviable cardigan game, and boatloads of Brunello Cucinelli (never a bad thing).

Chris Pine vs. Justin Trudeau

Lewis Hamilton vs. Michael B. Jordan

The world’s most famous Formula 1 driver, who never met a full designer label fit he didn’t like, faces off against one of our favorite actors, whose ability to walk the line between flashy and formal never fails to impress us. Only one can advance to the next round, so who’s your pick?

Bradley Cooper vs. Tom Ford

Well this is awkward. Bradley Cooper looks his best wearing Tom Ford suits. Tom Ford designs Tom Ford suits, is a living, breathing billboard for his pricey, perfect tailored threads. Bradley Cooper is our gym style hero. Tom Ford might own one pair of sweatpants. Who gets your vote in this TF suited man heat?

David Beckham vs. Pep Guardiola

Your votes have pitted two football (across the Atlantic football, that is) greats against each other. Beckham, of course, is the modern style god who has worked his way through every trend, well, ever (see: baggy pants and ill-advised cornrows) and settled into a polished everyman style that’s made him a permanent fixture on best-dressed lists. Guardiola, on the other hand, has remained steadfast in his commitment to streamlined suits and v-neck sweaters (albeit with the occasional swerve here and there), a look that’s made him the best-dressed professional coach we know.

Tom Hiddleston vs. Jeff Goldblum

One is the would-be Bond who never met a suit he couldn’t wear the s#!t out of. The other is the ageless actor with a wardrobe stocked with more Saint Laurent threads than an actual Saint Laurent store. Both men have a go-to style and stick to it (without getting stuck in it), so your vote really comes down to determining which of these A-listers had a more stylish 2016.

Rami Malek vs. A$AP Rocky

The Mr. Robot star and rapper are both known for taking sartorial risks that almost always pay off. That’s because each man understands menswear’s basic rules, which is what you need know if you’re going to break them. Malek hit homerun after homerun on every red carpet, from the Emmys to the Met Gala, while Rocky continued his world tour as the fashion world’s favorite mannequin, flexing in a wardrobe of Gucci and Dior Homme.

Justin Theroux vs. Kit Harington

It’s the battle of the HBO network stars. Theroux is the master of all-black badass outfits (with more leather jackets than we can count) while the IRL Jon Snow pulls off everyman fits with ease but knows how to step it up when the occasion calls for it. Just like that episode of GoT, only one of these men can end this battle victorious.
