Ben Affleck Learns How Pants Work, Achieves Well-Dressed Leading Man Status

Last time we caught up with Ben Affleck he was having some trouble with this whole "wearing clothes" thing. Specifically, he couldn't quite seem to get a hang of putting on and wearing pants. In his defense, he's a big movie star and fancy types like that shouldn't be required to take on mundane activities like pants fastening, right?

Well, there's good news regardless of who's getting Affleck in his clothes. Yesterday at the premiere of his peak Sad Ben Affleck film The Accountant in Los Angeles, the 44-year-old actor proved that he's come a long way since August and that he's learned how pants, suits, and clothing in general work—a progression that puts him back at the level of stylish leading man to which we'd become accustomed.

And Affleck isn't just merely wearing clothes, he's looking damn good in them, even moving to some advanced three-piece-suit levels of sartorial prowess, donning a Dolce & Gabbana blue suit. The fit is good, he went with a safe but perfectly welcome blue with a lighter shade button-up and a red tie. The beard is very well-groomed too. It's on the safe side, and the tie is a smidge too loose (a common problem these days), but considering the man couldn't button his pants correctly a few weeks back, we'll gladly take this.
